The First Bistro

In 1992 at 54 Ģertrūdes Street Pirmais bistro (The First Bistro) was opened, its name embodying the initial aim of the company – creating a fast food company providing quick meals from disposable dishes. The concept of LIDO restaurants has changed significantly since then, and LIDO Ģertrūde has changed accordingly.
