Latvian cuisine Ķēķis

In 1997 Ķēķis, a Latvian cuisine bistro was opened. In 2001 it was rebuilt to become bistro Krievu sēta (Russian Court) with Slavic cuisine and interior to match. Expanding the menu, LIDO opened a pelmeni dumpling production unit, initially supplying Russian Court with pelmeni, and now distributing to retail shops throughout Latvia as well.
